Shipping & Returns

All orders are carefully prepared in our atelier.

Shipments depart from Spain and delivery times vary by destination:

• Mainland Spain: 2–4 business days
• Balearic Islands & Portugal: 3–5 business days
• Europe: 4–7 business days

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

At EParshutova we want every garment to have a meaning in your wardrobe. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To request a return, the product must be:

• Unused and in perfect condition
• With all original tags
• In its original packaging

We do not issue cash refunds.

All returns are processed as a store credit voucher for the value of the returned items (excluding shipping costs, if any).

This voucher:

• Has no expiration date
• Can be used on any product in our online store
• Is transferable

Once we receive and review the item, we will send you the voucher by email within 3 to 7 business days.

If you wish to exchange a size or product, you must process a return and use the generated voucher to make a new purchase.

Returns are not accepted on:

• Custom or made-to-order items
• Final sale items (where applicable)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or our error.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for parcels lost during return.
